Worst company I’ve ever worked for. They do not care about you, only sales. And expect to work on your days off as well.
Rather than yell at my employees over the phone, and make passive threats to try to get them to work harder, I would encourage them and ask them what do they think we or they could be doing to drive in more business. Take down ideas, and give credit where it's needed.
I was the manager so when I interviewed people I had a list of questions.
1. Job experience
2. Favorite job, and why?
3. What was the one time you went above and beyond to help a customer
4. If a customer had an objection and or complaint how do you handle it?
Then I role play diffferent scenarios with them.
I also ask the basic questions on the application like
And so on.
