Stressful and honestly exhausting. I tried to run my store with an upbeat attitude and tried to make my employees as happy as possible but with wire rev the way the upper management would belittle us it was hard to carry the positive attitude all the time. Just when you thought you were doing great they would be there to tell you the things you did weren’t good enough. Never felt like we were able to succeed
I was the manager so when I interviewed people I had a list of questions.
1. Job experience
2. Favorite job, and why?
3. What was the one time you went above and beyond to help a customer
4. If a customer had an objection and or complaint how do you handle it?
Then I role play diffferent scenarios with them.
I also ask the basic questions on the application like
And so on.

I would spend time with my employees and listen to there suggestions. I would value my employees more and offer achievable advancement opportunities and I would definitely pay my employees what they are worth. I also wouldn’t allow district managers who bully, belittle and lie.
