How would you describe the pace of work at Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer?
Decent, the job is not the problem. The problem is the awful management that shows favoritism and allows employees to steal sales orders from each other.
Advice to management: get it together and hold yourselves accountable, not just your sales reps.
What advice would you give the CEO of Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer about how to improve it?
Pay your employees better. The commission structure does not reward actively selling all the time and sometimes punishes you. Listen to employees' concerns more often and have their best interests in mind.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer? What are the steps along the way?
It takes between one to two weeks to get hired with a phone and face-to-face interview
What is the most stressful part about working at Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer?
Finding enough time in the day to fit everything into my work schedule. Between networking events and individually expanding the sales radius of small businesses, along with finalizing paper sales, I didn't have enough hours in a day to finish everything. Almost. And I loved every second of it.
How do you feel about the future of Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer?
Again i do Not Recommend this Job If you dont push/cell a phone or just randomly add insurance to accounts that customer DID NOT ASK FOR!!! UR Future is not looking promising It Is Very Short Lived. GRIME STARTS AT THE TOP & Trickled its way down.
