Decent, the job is not the problem. The problem is the awful management that shows favoritism and allows employees to steal sales orders from each other.

Advice to management: get it together and hold yourselves accountable, not just your sales reps.

Pay your employees better. The commission structure does not reward actively selling all the time and sometimes punishes you. Listen to employees' concerns more often and have their best interests in mind.

Finding enough time in the day to fit everything into my work schedule. Between networking events and individually expanding the sales radius of small businesses, along with finalizing paper sales, I didn't have enough hours in a day to finish everything. Almost. And I loved every second of it.

Again i do Not Recommend this Job If you dont push/cell a phone or just randomly add insurance to accounts that customer DID NOT ASK FOR!!! UR Future is not looking promising It Is Very Short Lived. GRIME STARTS AT THE TOP & Trickled its way down.
