All full time employees get 36 hours of Personal Holiday and 72 hours of Legal Holiday for a full calendar year.
Vacation leave for full time employees for a full year starts at 104 hours for non-exempt employees and 120 hours for exempt employees. Vacation is prorated in your first year based on your start date.
