Productive work environment with advancement potential
Food Service Leader (Current Employee) – Green Bay, WI – July 31, 2013
A typical day of work consisit of producing line assignment sheets for serving food. We serve 1100 inmates throughout the institution within a two hour time span. My superior provides us with the proper traing and tools to make our work day run as smoothly as possible. I have three co-workers to work with everyday. Each one of us is a specific chef for the shift, I am the sanitation chef, and we all correspond with one another. The hardest part about the job is consistantly staying busy. The most enjoyable part is that I have the opportunity yo exercise my skills and traing in the food and beverage industry.
