The smells in the building and the unknowing if you were going to have enough work to do.
Coordinator (Former Employee) – WECC, Madison WI – February 6, 2014
The people are supportive and great to work with, willing to help whenever asked. Management is unable to figure out how to bring in new contracts or to keep existing; I was laid off as a result. The management team seems dysfunctional and unable to make fairly simple day-to-day operational decisions. Lay offs are continually looming.
Great benefits, exceptional vacation package, great coworkers
No opportunity for advancement, low morale due to financial uncertainty of company, minimal pay raises but greater workload
Energy Advocate (Former Employee) – Wisconsin – July 19, 2013
Company managed different programs, some federal/government related. Great size overall and therefore able to offer competitive benefit packages as well as pay. The people were friendly, very family oriented, and the company culture was a comfortable one.
