Easy job if you are okay with constant repetition. No room for advancement at all unless you have a degree. Pay is miserable with not many chances at raises. You have to pay for your own holidays with the PTO that you EARN.

Witham is one of the lowest paying hospitals in Indiana. Raises are hard to come by and advancement is almost non-existent, unless you "know someone".
Certified Medical Assistant in Lebanon, IN

Lack of leadership from the the top down. It is losing its small town feeling. Employees are now just a number as in the past the higher ups actually knew your name. Absolutely NO appreciation for their staff and are not asked or involved in any decision making when the employees are the ones actually out there doing the work.

Coworkers overall are great. Management does not seem connected to what happens daily and how things function, not do they care to hear about it. Corporate is always looking out for themselves and the bottom dollar and rarely thinks about how their decisions will affect the lowest people. At the same time they offer great benefits and some amazing people work there. I wouldn't go back, but I didn't hate my time there for the most part.

This company is a joke. Admin and CEO do not care about their employees. The pay and PTO are awful. The only benefits to working here is insurance and having some flexibility with hours, for appointments and such. The staff and Doctors are mostly great but it's hard to work here on a daily bases when you know you are just getting scr*wed at the end of the day.
