Uncaring, brutal brainless management
Everything is terrible at that place, management doesn’t care about you or your personal life, equipment is worthless ,only enforce rules on certain employees, employees do steal from company and management turns a blind eye depending on who you are

Professional Truck Driver (Current Employee) - Columbia, SC - October 25, 2020
Good and safe work place. Just needs better pay for a professional driver it's not even the national average other than that it's a job and has good programs in the benefits perks.
Pros
Good people. Co workers
Cons
Pay could be better. We should get paid as professionals, because that is what we are.

It has its ups and downs
Swingbar operator (Former Employee) - Portland, IN - November 12, 2019
Work isn't to bad. Co workers are great. Pay is horrible.I liked working there. One of my favorite jobs. Numerous job opportunities. Everyone works really well together. Only negative comment I can personally make is that they didn't pay enough.

it was pretty relaxed
heavy equipment operator (Former Employee) - Muskogee, OK - October 6, 2017
started my morning inspecting the equipment i was going to run.. Asked my supervisor what he wanted me to work on as far as what material needed to be hauled grade the area i was digging from and haul dirt up to the landfill and cover the days trash.. That was a typical day... As far as what I learned I learned to run every piece of equipment out there.. Hardest part of the job had to travel sometimes and felt I wasn't getting payed what I deserved.. Most enjoyable part was close to home...
Pros
1 hour lunch break payed
