Just be yourself. For the most part, people here are very laid back and welcoming. Be ready to come in to work even if you have a loved one dying at home or you break your neck because you'll get a mark against you for missing any time.

We have the daytime working schedule and I use to work 8 hours in a day. There were timezone overlapping as well sometime it got extended a little due to meetings etc.
