Replace DMs, regionals, ASMs that manipulate their staff to be submissive, and stop flipping stores that have had an exelent track record with meeting metrics goals as multi-brand into a single brand that doesn't cater to the demographic who have no interest in that brand. That's why those stores closed. Don't fix something that ain't broke.

40 hours as full time key all year round as a multi-brand until it became one single brand "Merrell". Had to rely on partial unemployment and my remaining days with the company was eating away paid time off hours for a decent pay check.

Indifferent. When I mentioned I sold Harley Davidson, Hush Puppies, Caterpillar, etc...they were impressed. Merrell however got blank stares and confusion of not knowing what a "Merrell" was.
