Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Portland, ORAugust 16, 2016
Not a diverse company. Lots of cliques and gossip. Managers only promote their favs or outside hired friends. Poor management as themselves create drama amongst employees. No confidentiality. Only applie policy/rules to unliked employees.
Worst company ever worked for.

Friendly but challenging place to work
PSR (Former Employee) –  Portland, ORFebruary 25, 2016
Everyone is very welcoming and friendly at first.

Majority of employees, aside from physicians, are all under the age of 30. Lots of cliques and gossip.

Frequent movement among current employees, transferring job sites or positions.

Excellent patient care and privacy is of utmost importance.

Average pay, but excellent benefits.

Very poor training for employees, no specific schedule or timeline to follow. No feedback from supervisor's as to current job performance or how/where to improve.
Pros
Wonderful physicians
Cons
Poor management, lack of communication
