No, there is no such thing as a flexible schedule at Woodforest. No work/life balance at all.

Yes. All branches are not the same so I would be sure to mention your scheduling needs. It would not be worth the time if you are requesting weekends off... that is not happening.

I would say no based on our branch. They are supposed to do schedules 6 months out but will change them days prior. Our part time girl worked as much as the full time employees even though she only wanted 25 hours and she got no benefits bc she was listed as part time.

Yes. Most managers work with your schedule.

Yes. As long as you make the managers aware, they tend to work with your schedule. I went through community college and ultimately transferred to a university, while working at Woodforest (without having to resort to online courses).

Not unless you are hired part time, and even then they are not very flexible around the employees schedule.
