If you work in the home office, raises are based on performance. In customer service, raises happened at least 2 times per year. And bonuses specifically for the department occurred quarterly. If you are a full time employee in the home office, bonuses happen annually.

Toxic, non-supportive, chaotic...the morale is terrible because the worker bees do all of the work for low pay, while management does nothing but create conflict, stir the pot and walk away with a big paycheck.
