Overall the work experience at Woods Bagot was great but unfortunately, the management style was not the best. Though they mentioned that ideas are welcome, they prefer a silent spectator.

It has very flexible working hours that might help to employees to manage their personal schedule. People are very hard working and creative, however, management is very loose which may not be a bad thing.

Basically worked as an administrative assistant and receptionist while earning minimum wage. Overall just felt like an insult to my intelligence and integrity.

I worked at Woods Bagot as a consultant. As such my review is only limited to that. The hours and deadlines were long. However everyone seemed to enjoy working there.

It's a great place to work but pay isn't great and you will never only work 40 hours. Expect to work weekends and until at least 7pm each night. Great culture and great people!
