401k is subjected to a harsh vesting schedule. Do not expect to see any 401k untill your 3rd year

401k program offered twice a year but you kust wait a year before enrolling. Translation: no 401k untill 1.5 years. And even then it is 20% vested for the next five years. Truely a shameful place.

401k is on a vesting schedule. 20% of 6% of your (low) salary. But you are only elibible after working for a 1+ plus. And there is a 6 month “enrollment” period after that.
