There are many ways to improve the efficiency of the locating operation that come down to troubleshooting and some people are more experienced than others. When one of the more experienced leaders of the group asked to share his knowledge by teaching a training class for 4 hours on a Saturday to help improve everyone, the idea was shot down by management. - more...
