A good place to start
Operations Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 26, 2017
Not an ideal place for a career, but a good place for a first job. You'll learn some basics and then you'll hit a wall and get bored of things.

It's hard to be motivated when the salary isn't the greatest and advancing is painfully slow. You'll get passed over for promotions, no matter how hard you work, because someone was here longer than you.

If you're young and capable, they will rely on you a lot but they won't compensate you.

People are nice and benefits (healthcare, dental, glasses) are pretty good.

Get out after a year or two.
Pros
Nice people, healthcare, dental
Cons
Low pay, not much reason to be excited

Personal Banker (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 8, 2014
This was my first job right after I graduated from the college. The branch manager and my coworkers were nice. It was little hard to deal with different type of customers, but I learned a lot through them.
