For full-time employees, even at the entry level there is a strong benefits package including multiple subsidized health insurance options (HMO or high-deductible with HSA), 11 paid holidays, about two weeks of PTO, a 401K, gym membership reimbursement, and a pre-tax commuter benefits plan.

For contractors under the Motion Recruitment brand, there is subsidized health insurance for single and family options, a 401K that kicks in, pre-tax commuter benefits, AND paid sick time PTO.
