Great idea that has run its course
Employee (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CASeptember 14, 2018
Great mission (helping people/vets get ready for jobs) but it seems in OC several other nonprofits do this already.
The stores are great despite being staffed with volunteers.
The donation center is only open a few hours a day, which is inconvenient for almost everybody.
There is not enough parking for employees, and nearby lots will tow your car.
CEO is hard worker, but its time for her to retire. Nobody needs to have the exact same job for 28 years.
Pros
Everyone gets their own workstation
Cons
Office politics are deadly

Career Development Intern (Former Employee) –  Costa Mesa, CAJune 30, 2015
Loved the staff, loved working with clients. Culture is very fun and upbeat and although workload can get stacked, it's easy to rely on co-workers and get work done as a team. Very amazing and inspiring work being done there.
