Worksmart stands out from other staffing agencies by their unique approach to understanding candidates needs and pairs them with the right company!

Productive & Fun Workplace
I worked through them for a company called TRIGO, very easy job and the hours were very flexible . I worked Monday-Friday and had every weekend off & on top of that the pay was really good as well!

Nothing is as it seems
They build you up and then they crush you with misleading statements. The benefits are terrible. They give you vacation days but will not approve for you to use them.

Culture focused, and strong management team.
The management team is strong and makes you feel like you matter! They care about your family, and how things are going at home. They remind you continuously to not work long hours, take breaks, and will treat the office with snacks/meals when they are busy and can't take breaks. The owner pops in to remind you that you matter and that you are appreciated. Overall, the culture in my opinion is always improving, but is top notch! I'm thankful to work along side and underneath a ton of great people that value relationships and culture!

Messy make fun of employees
Thought this was a good company but was greatly disappointed they talk about employees in front of others looking for work in the office they lie the are not a( Christian company, ) as they put out to be they are not up front sad they are not a strong caring company
