How has WorkSmart responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?

    We switched to remote work in March 2020. Our offices in Durham, Charlotte, and Atlanta, and we give our team members flexibility on choosing where to work.

    Currently, we're encouraging team members to come back to the office for team meetings or regular learning and social events, and require folks to get together in person quarterly for goal setting sessions.


    Many of our team members go to client sites regularly, and we ask that they follow our clients guidelines when doing so.
