Security in the office. There are no cameras where I work and we work past normal hours and have to walk across a busy dark parking lot to our cars with the branches money. Second not punish the employees because customers won't pay you. Third they need to give their employees a break if you work for world finance you will live there and work your life away!!!
I would make sure my people were paid for the actual hours works. We were made to clock out no later than 6pm, even if we still had to stay to balance the store. Lots of working off the clock going on in Alabama! Id stop that from happening!
Make sure the proper training is given .
So many companies don't think about the initial stages of the position . Proper training means giving your new employee the tools to succeed and the knowledge to help do thier part to make your company grow.
Can't express how much time and money it costs
the company directly if they only set the new hire up to fail.
Everyone in the office would be on the same accord. Communication is the key to a successful office. Everyone knows what is going on at all times.
