I left due to being passed over for promotion, my8 years of tenure and perfect attendance, multiple awards for prior management of a different office should have been enough to beat out the 6 month new hire with zero performance capability in management. She quit 2 months after accepting the position. Couldn't hack it.
The hours!! You have no life outside work what so ever! They are very demanding hours!! Working late into the evening and some weekends! Def no time for a family at all!
To move where they dont have offices to transfer to.
