Security in the office. There are no cameras where I work and we work past normal hours and have to walk across a busy dark parking lot to our cars with the branches money. Second not punish the employees because customers won't pay you. Third they need to give their employees a break if you work for world finance you will live there and work your life away!!!

Answered

VERY long hours!! Unrealistic delinquency goals, working off the clock to finish your work, and they don't pay well.

Answered

They have changed their operating hours about 4 times in 3 years!! It's ridiculous!! The hours are now back to Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-12. We use to be off on weekends but I guess world finance got greedy now they try to work you to death if you're a manager. I work 8-8 every day and I'm saleried so I don't get paid for those extra hours. It's not worth the pay!!!

Answered

#1 you must be great with people, even on your off day #2 you should have a go getter attitude, with a positive attitude. #3 know how to be a team player ( this is a must in running a great office) If you are all of the above then you should have no worries, on your interview
