World Fuel has good people working in lower level positions. But as the positions get higher like SVPs and EAs they are very political and will complain about anything.

Ever changing mid level managers that don't communicate with workers what their intentions for them all.

Management. Most in dispatch don't know or understand what they are doing. Management in Pueblo lacks greatly, if it doesn't affect his paycheck then he doesn't care. A lot of drivers upset with lack of hours and pay, making it difficult at home to pay bills and put food on table.
