I'm biased but I feel very good about the future of WWT! We are committed to being a profitable, growth company, that's also a GREAT PLACE TO WORK. Thanks for asking.
Hard road ahead
It's very unsure at the moment. Sales over promises and the rest of the business scrambles to deliver. Also, they customize their process unique to customers, which makes for a very unproductive workplace. They need to set up more standard processes, and make sure they stick to them. Currently they use the phrase "do whatever it takes no to have to do whatever it takes", but they should really consider the saying that not all business is good business.
