ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (Former Employee) – Greensboro, NC – January 27, 2018
A typical workday at World Inc was quite stressful, but managing customers and learning daily new ways to effectively keep customers happy was what I would strive for. I loved everything about this company from interviewing and training staff down to cleaning the building. I learned patience working with the public, problem solving and the ability to keep customers happy while still reaching an acceptable solution to help benefit the company, as well. Management was great and teaching hands-on helped tremendously. The hardest part of my job was keeping 25+ part-time employees' schedules together while staying below the companies number of hours allowed. The most enjoyable part of my position was learning and growing with the company; and being able to work with so many different people, customers and employees.

Bilingual Translator (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – January 25, 2015
Employs translators on a freelance basis and without being able to control location or hours. For this reason, work is inconsistent, the translators must make themselves available on a 24 notice, and more often than not, the project is too far away for the compensation rate to justify the translator's fee.
