Overall a great place to work
Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Braintree, MANovember 28, 2017
Since I started at WorldAPP the company has doubled in size for both the number of employees and dollar amount of revenue. Overall WorldAPP is a great place to work with many opportunities for people that are willing to learn, have good problem solving abilities and make an effort in a sales based role.

One con I would mention for new people is that training is not very established as WorldAPP is an evolving company. That being said it allows flexibility and an openness to new ideas which I much prefer to a rigid environment.
Pros
Great people, flexible work hours

Relaxed Fun Culture with Growth Potential
Senior Account Executive (Current Employee) –  Braintree, MANovember 28, 2017
Easily the best sales culture I have ever experienced. The office is competitive without being mean spirited and laughter is a constant. I look forward to coming to work every morning and regularly hang out with the team after hours.

There is a lot of opportunity to make money here which is every sales persons dream.
Pros
Unlimited Vacation, Great Earning Potential, Amazing Team Culture
Cons
Mediocre Office, Average Benefits

Fantastic people, poor management
Customer Success Manager (Current Employee) –  Braintree, MANovember 2, 2017
While this company has an excellent vision and a great corporate culture, the management leaves a lot to be desired. Appreciation for staff is particularly scarce, despite the high performance demands.

Fast paced and fun but volatile small sw company
Senior Sales Rep (Former Employee) –  Braintree, MASeptember 19, 2017
As a first job in technology sales I learned so much about sales, decision making at the highest level of a company, and the technology needs of customers.

Pay varied wildly depending on sales tenure.
Pros
Acess to the company's CEO
Cons
Volatile Atmosphere

The culture of the company is amazing, everyone I work with are fantastic. You have a freedom to be creative to come up with ways to be successful. There's always room to grow.

Incredible culture with a fast-paced work environment and a lot of room to grow.
JAE (Current Employee) –  Braintree, MAApril 28, 2017
I started as a BDR and was promoted to the AE side of the house within the same year. The culture is unlike any other workplace I've experienced. There are a ton of great people, any of whom is happy to share their knowledge and experience. There is an emphasis on communal training as well as significant opportunity for growth. The management team nurtures people from the beginning and there is a focus on promoting from within.
Pros
Fun office, great people, unlimited vacation.

Great culture with nice people
Solutions Engineer (Former Employee) –  Braintree, MAAugust 9, 2016
The company has some fantastic people, great culture, and plenty of opportunity for outside work fun. However, management does not communicate well at all, they do no tell you appropriately if there's an issue, and they don't handle the situation properly.
Pros
Great people, great culture, great work/life balance
Cons
Poor management, lack of communication, working from home too much might get you fired

Not the worst, but definitely not the best place to work at either. A little unsure of the direction the company is taking at this point.

WorldApp
Business Analyst (Current Employee) –  Boston, MaJuly 16, 2014
Powerful product that customers seem to love if demo'd properly. Office culture is extremely friendly. Sales team has a lot of fun and closes a lot of business while doing so. Managers seem to have their hands full with their own business as well as pleasing the C-level employees. Executives try to micro-manage to the point of decreasing productivity. As of late, employees have been dropping like flies with little to no explanation. This unsettling feeling of job insecurity is what has lead me to start the job search again.
Pros
Great sales team, powerful product
Cons
Execs seem to have something brewing

Marketing research internship
Marketing Analyst Intern (Former Employee) –  Braintree, MAJanuary 2, 2013
I typically Skyped with the senior marketing analyst in Ukraine. It was challenging because of the language barrier, but my supervisor was good with explaining tasks thoroughly.

Research was rather boring as survey software isn't exactly a shiny industry.
Pros
open working hours
Cons
boring work
