They have cornerstones regulations and background checks they require personable people but somehow all of their employees are none of those requirements. You're treated like the number that you are there is no value in keeping employees and management changes hands often so there is rarely a manner of structure in whatever position that you choose to be in

Be firm in your availability. They will try to push it. Set boundaries for yourself as an employee, and be friendly with upper management-it will assist with moving up in position at WoF, and they will be more likely to listen to your concerns.

Having to do everything in a set amount of time with no help what so ever. There was no teamwork to get all of the tasks done on time because of how lazy and irresponsible/immature the staff is.
