It takes about 6 weeks to get hired. The first step is to apply, depending on what position you apply for it will probably take them 2 weeks to get back to you to set up an interview. If they like you after the interview you'll probably be contacted a week later to set up a drug screening. After you pass that you should have been hired within the week.
