Enjoyable but fast paced.
Insurance Adjuster (Former Employee) –  Carrollton, TXMay 21, 2018
Loved the job But I never knew when the client would downsize so job Security was stressful. I was cut in February 2018 due to Liberty Mutual downsizing from approximately 200 employee's down to 10. It's just the nature of the business being a contractor.
Pros
Pay
Cons

Great Company to work for!
Claims Adjuster (Current Employee) –  Hammond, LAMarch 5, 2018
My experience with Worley has been great, and I enjoy working for them to this day. Management is very responsive for the most part, and very knowledgeable and patient. The hours are long but the pay is excellent.

I was very fortunate to be able to stay busy and working for the last 3 years and never had to apply with another company.

Cat Adjuster
Adjuster (Former Employee) –  Hammond, LAFebruary 19, 2018
I have worked for two companies doing Cat work and this one is my least favorite but the one where I got my start. They are a great place to get started but don't think that you are going to get into the good ole boy system. Do your work make great money while you can then move on to something else.

Hard work, good pay, you are paid to be mobile.
Independent Adjuster (Former Employee) –  GAJanuary 29, 2018
Claims adjusting happens away from home for sometimes long periods of time. Not for those with young families. The training is very good and the floor management will get you to the resources you need to be successful.

Good money. Garbage team and management.
Adjuster (Current Employee) –  Duluth, GAOctober 9, 2017
Relaxed work environment where you are left alone for the most part. The trainers are a joke and some coworkers are willing to help you a little bit. The trainers would rather watch football or chase women around than help you. Trying to get someone to sit down and show you how to navigate the software is like pulling teeth. I see the trainers at the other firms and im honestly jelous. This is not a good company for a newbie.

Pay

Offers Pros and Cons to job
ILR Agent (Former Employee) –  Farmers Branch, TXFebruary 14, 2017
One of the Cons is job uncertainty. You are never sure how long
you will be there and you may let go any day. Also, compliance can
be strict. The pros is that it pays well. I feel that Worley is a very fair
company, and they supervisors are very professional and the environment is very professional.
Pros
Pays well, professional environment.
Cons
Job uncertainty. Strict adherence.

Intense work requirments
Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster (Current Employee) –  Hammond, LASeptember 7, 2015
It can be an intense place to work. Work consists of 60+ hour weeks for months at a time. Management is the best part of this company. The managers are always knowledgeable and most will come up to bat for you, if you've proven yourself. One of the major down sides is a lack of benefits and a recent lowering of pay.
