I left because of poor management. My manager obviously lied about her qualifications to get the job. Upper management was also as clueless as she is allowing her to run the department like it was the "Wild wild west". Instead of working with the outsourced team to develop cohesive strategies, she's in constant firefighter mode and that's not sustainable. Not to mention the toxic work environment she's creating because she doesn't know how to manage people.
