What is the culture of the company like?
The culture at Worthington is rather toxic. Management claims that the people on the floor create the culture (another “pass the blame” game) when in fact the culture at almost any workplace is created from the top down. That said, I find most of the people are personable and want to have fun and like their job but the management makes it nearly impossible to do.Asked September 6, 2019
