Work from start to finish, extra breaks for heat, just do your job you're assigned to for that shift ....everything is ok

The culture at Worthington is rather toxic. Management claims that the people on the floor create the culture (another “pass the blame” game) when in fact the culture at almost any workplace is created from the top down. That said, I find most of the people are personable and want to have fun and like their job but the management makes it nearly impossible to do.

The line crews make the job. The hourly guys make the culture. The management is set in their own culture. And really aren't around when needed.
