East TPCU in Remote
on November 16, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company?Flexible scheduling in some departments. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?East TPCU. Subpar training and work instructions that are constantly changing led to a lot of confusion. Production standards did not reflect the extra steps that were constantly added. High stress, low reward.

The training was handled about as well as possible. There was no support after training. Getting in touch with your supervisor was impossible. Overall not a company I would want to work for in the future.

WPS is a great company to learn professionalism and corporate life while still keeping our Midwestern vibes front and center. Everyone works hard to accomplish the corporate goals and does so with kindness and mutual respect. There has been a loss of trust for the last couple years due to layoffs and constant reorganization. Once this all settles down and there is more stability in reporting structures, I see this becoming a wonderful place to work again.I would recommend this company to someone interested in a corporate career who has the drive and ability to help bring the trust back to the company.
Project Manager in Madison, WI

Resource management was almost non-existent. Projects were green-lit to start right away knowing shared resources were over-allocated/unavailable vs doing any re-prioritization or re-scheduling of start dates.
Claims Processor II in Remote

I enjoyed my time there. I had a good manager and she would always encourage me. The leave time was great better than I have now but overall it was a good company.
