So true. Has WPS learned nothing from other companies- from the most successful to the biggest failures, its been proven time & time again that profit & production-driven companies are among the worst to work for and have very limited (if any) success, while companies that are "employee focused" surpass all others; exceeding expectations and reaching profits milestones without even trying. At WPS, the employee is by far the last concern, which explains their 2 STAR rating, and actually explains quite a bit more about the company's overall culture and policies. Its sad when considering how loyal employees "could've" been if they were treated fairly.

This is nothing but a high school! Overcrowded and very unprofessional. The position isn’t anything like it was supposed to be.
