So true. Has WPS learned nothing from other companies- from the most successful to the biggest failures, its been proven time & time again that profit & production-driven companies are among the worst to work for and have very limited (if any) success, while companies that are "employee focused" surpass all others; exceeding expectations and reaching profits milestones without even trying. At WPS, the employee is by far the last concern, which explains their 2 STAR rating, and actually explains quite a bit more about the company's overall culture and policies. Its sad when considering how loyal employees "could've" been if they were treated fairly.
Stop hiring friends and hire skilled leadership.
I would have more of your seasoned staff from other locations to come aside and work with newer company.

Focus on your employees in other offices. You make it clear that you care nothing of quality and integrity and only about production numbers.

Train for what is given. The training is not long enough and in depth. Alot of us including management are lost.
