No organization and horrible leadership
Claims Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Hampton, VA – June 2, 2018
WPS hires employees with little to no medical background, provides substandard training, and offers very little floor support for the CSRs. 97% of all feedback from upper management is negative and followed with a threat of being terminated. No motivation. No encouragement. Its very discouraging! No one is on the same page. If you ask 3 people the same question, you're likely to get 3 different answers. The internal resources provided are useless needs to be updated. I could go on and on. The core values set by the company are severely ignored by leadership and there is never any feedback that would make us more effective at our jobs. Hopefully they will get it together soon but I'm actively looking for another job.
