Bill and Tom Wright founded Wright of Thomasville, now known as Wright Global Graphics, in 1961 on the idea that printing was a creative medium and the belief that “a promise made is a promise kept”. The Wright brothers focused their attention on the home furnishings market, the mattress industry and the carpet and rug industry. Today, led by Bill’s sons Greg, Don and Ron, the Wright family continues that tradition with expanded markets including action sports and the food and beverage industry.

The hardest part of the job is dealing with management and the coworkers.

Management is a joke. it is a very toxic environment. I hope you are a quick learner, AKA learn everything on your own because training there is practically nonexistent. It is very frustrating to work in a place that will never acknowlege your work, and yet always expect more and more and more. It's gets very tiring to do all the work while the "slackers" do nothing and somehow get all the credit....
