Great Company. Great plant manager

Wright is an excellent place to work. The plant manager has an amazing ability to coach and bring out the best in employees. Their is always a since of teamwork

The hardest part of the job is dealing with management and the coworkers.

Management is a joke. it is a very toxic environment. I hope you are a quick learner, AKA learn everything on your own because training there is practically nonexistent. It is very frustrating to work in a place that will never acknowlege your work, and yet always expect more and more and more. It's gets very tiring to do all the work while the "slackers" do nothing and somehow get all the credit. The plant manager is HARDLY ever there anyway so its pretty much a free for all half of the time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros

The benefits are excellent

Cons

Management is terrible, Work culture is toxic. It doesn't matter how hard you work, your efforts are never acknowleged

I feel at home

Since day 1 I have felt like I was welcomed with open arms! Working at Wrights has been nothing but a dream for me. Being a part of Wright Global Graphics and being able to be a small positive change in someone’s day is great! Having the ability to cross train with other departments is awesome as well. I am always up to learn something new or bring a change to any department. So far I have seen and experienced a lot positive energy!

Relaxed, down to earth place to work, with lots of opportunities

Wright Global Graphics is a family owned operation with lofty goals. I found upper management to be extremely flexible, creative, and open to ideas. If you crave that in a work atmosphere, you'll like WGG. In an ever changing industry, they are dedicated to adapting. There is literally no cap on how much you can learn and pick up. You'll not be held back. If you are the type to ask questions and get involved, you'll flourish there. There is genuine concern for the employees and their well being. The one weakness I'd have to point out is the training structure. It is almost 100% hands on, learn as you go training no matter what position you might hold. That is not necessarily a negative thing, it works well to get people up to speed from a skills perspective. It's just that no other means to facilitate training and orientation to the culture has been well established. Which can make being new a little challenging to navigate. All in all, I would highly recommend WGG as a fulfilling place to work, were dedication and hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Over all company managment is unfair and they offer advancments to people who have family in the company not to the people who are working hard

No diversity in front office or managment staff. Unfair wages to real hard working employees, managers dont really know what they are doing just got job cause of who they know. Whenever there is a problem instead of finding a solution management rather point fingers and talk down to employees over all unfair way to run a company. Other than that it was a good job flexible hours .

No advancement

Fair pay, but no advancement opportunities. Manufacturing culture is challenging. Not a lot of professional individuals. Good benefits. Interesting work.

Great place to work if you like the “frat house” environment.

Great place if you don’t mind being over looked and unimportant. Too much office romance. But the money can be good if you keep quiet and don’t think for yourself.

Family

Incredible sense of family from management to manufacturing, second generation family owned. Stable, loyal customer base and continually growing creative environment.

Productive and NOT a fun place to work

Job sounds good on paper, but was very cut-throat. There was NO training plan implemented. Very stressful. Very dramatic. Management weren't involved until they absolutely had to be involved. One of the hardest parts of the job, was dealing with the owners; very hard to please. Bi-polar mentalities, quick tempered and very unprofessional. The best part of my job was the experience I received and the educational side of the job. Learning some of the technical aspects of the job, tolerances and how different substrates affected color was pretty impressive. I would NOT recommend this job, or company to anyone due to the way certain employees are treated. Favorites were played a lot. Not based on your performance on the job, but who you were to the company. Also, depending on what facility you worked at also defined you and your value as an employee. (Certain plants take priority over others.)

Pros

Insurance, 401k, Pto

Cons

Stress, unorganization, Co-workers, management, owners
