Interview was cool, the guy I met had did all the same types of work I've done, from logging yarder logging probably one of the most dangerous and hard jobs you can do, to planting trees, another very hard job, we have both ran our own company's tree service, I felt really comfortable after I found out his experience, and think he knew I could handle the job, he was very professional, at the same time I could tell he'd walked the walk and wasn't some beginner that was just handed a general formans job, reminded me of all the loggers I've worked with, but more professional.
