Truck Driver Class A (Current Employee) – Tuscaloosa, AL – December 27, 2018
Management is good but dispatch and CR's load you due to race and they treat the drivers different. You don't make money around holiday season and the only way you can get a check if you run on Christmas Eve.
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) – Tuscaloosa, AL – December 12, 2018
If you want to work for free come here they act like the loads pay great well they don’t all they want to haul is building materials which are heavy for cheap prices and low fuel surcharge sorry kids Christmas 🎄 sucks this year
None at all
Should’ve stayed at last job at least I made money
Owner/Operator (Current Employee) – Tuscaloosa, AL – April 10, 2018
I like wti. I learned how to flatbed and bought my first truck within a year.I'm leaving because they don't have a load board, cargo insurance is only 50000, they will not sell you a trailer, and I can't compete with company trucks
Class a flatbed truck driver (Former Employee) – Tuscaloosa, AL – January 18, 2018
They offer great orientation feed great well instructors great pay decent equipment some of the upper management I don't care for and a few of the driver manager but other than that it's a great company it just need a little tweaking I would recommend it to anybody they will work you in the ground you're going to work it's not you not going to sit around over there and they do have TVs in their trucks
Truck Driver(Flatbed) (Former Employee) – Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 – February 2, 2017
treat employees very poorly, lie to you, pay is very poor. I wouldn't recommend WTI Transport to no one at all. They are not a good company to work for. Didn't learn anymore than I already knew. No enjoying part of this job, treated like a dog or worst
differnt for me but amazzing group of people to work with.
Recruiter (Former Employee) – Tuscaloosa, AL – July 20, 2016
I enjoyed being a recruiter at WTI transport, I had an opportunity to work with some amazing people from different backgrounds, and religion who were from all over the south east region. I was laid off in 2008 due to a lack of work at that time.
