WTS has new financial investor as of late 2019 - massive growth anticipated in the future and already a great history of organic growth since 1973. It's an exciting time to be with WTS.
WTS is an incredibly successful wellness management company. Great mission of Building Better Lifestyles and amazing internal career opportunities in spa/fitness/wellness for those willing to put in the effort. Employees are rewarded and recognized for their service. New financial investment partner ensures that path of success continues and it's a great time to join WTS International.
Yes, for full time employees, but you still have a partial payment that is deducted from your paycheck as they only pay half of your coverage. You have the option to add vision and dental at your own expense.
WTS has the most beautiful luxury spa and wellness facilities across the country. Luxury hotel spa environment and great flexibility in schedule. Compensation is fair and team is fantastic. I've worked for WTS for 4 years now and, in this time of coronavirus chaos, I am grateful to work for WTS.
The interview process for Director and management level roles is extensive. I interviewed with Corporate Recruiting Director and she helped me interview for 3 roles before I was finally placed as a Spa Director for WTS in Florida. Roles are competitive. I interviewed with Angela, an Operations Director, another corporate WTS executive and the hotel General Manager. It was worth the effort and I'm glad I stuck with it as I am very happy to work for WTS!
Most part time employees have flexible working hours, evenings and weekends depending on the facility and location. Directors typically work 50 hours per week with full autonomy and opportunities for advancement.
