Turn back now and never look back. This place is full of deception and mis-truths. If you are in to being told one thing and something completely different happening - this is the place.

If you are part of the good old boy network then your are fine, if you are an outsider everything will be your fault. They will ask you to work 60 hours a week but only bill 40. Double bill clients and vendors is just the start of the shady things they will ask you to do. Benefits are not great until you hit the 2 year mark. Revolving door of managers as they fail in the position and get rotated around. I left for a position with less pay and smaller firm just to get out of here

I enjoyed working in a business casual environment. WME had devoted employees and worked as an ESOP company.

Sr. Controls Engineer (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMDecember 10, 2013
A typical day at my work consists of find and bidding projects for the Company to execute.

I have learned how to interact with other people when managing people.

My Management experience allowed me to learn the business side of Project work.

I found working with coworkers interesting, because of their interesting views and ideas on what every the situation is or was.

The hardest part of my job was Employee termination or layoffs.

Self-satisfaction and pay was the best part of my job.
Pros
Bonus Program
Cons
