After over a decade selling for you, you really burned many of us with the pay plan change of 2018! It is clear you don't want veteran sales reps anymore. Likely because they know what they are doing and can't be micromanaged. It's sad...... you were the best once upon a time. Not anymore.

Let your reps make a living. Thirty to forty thousand a year is not a livable wage. By cutting the base in 2018 was one of the worst thing that was done to the reps. You are now seeing a mass exodus of reps. Indeed is showing five to six job openings per week. This is a very well run company. To keep good reps that understand the product line and can sell it would be the way to move forward. Hiring new people each month tells the customer there is something not right with the company. A proper salary to keep people is eighty five plus. I know senior management makes at least this much. Try living of forty gross a year. Start caring about the people who bring in the business.
