First interview through and HR rep, then a group comprised of a manager and peers, and then just peers.

The interview process flowed easily. HR and Management took care of each step and made sure I was up to date with any changes in appointment dates/times.

I agree with the person above. Interview process was intense. They praise and pump you up, you leave feeling like you are on Cloud 9 and the job is yours. Then you wait and wait...then you get your rejection letter saying they were so impressed with your experience but chose a different candidate. Then you find out the job was given to someone who worked closely with the supervisor who interviewed you. Why waste everyone's time. Interview within before you post job to the public.

Exhausting especially since they already know who they are going to hire beforehand and they put people thru the interview process and waste everyone's time.
