Stop making changes that don’t mean anything! Calling a WW Center a “studio” doesn’t change it in any way and it’s confusing. So was your decision to go global and open up membership to emphasize wellness over weight loss. This past first quarter, a time when people should have been lined up to join, found many empty chairs and few joining members. First time in 10 years the first quarter was a complete bust. A pay raise wouldn’t hurt either.
