What is it like to work at WWT / Asynchrony Labs?

3.9Work/Life Balance
3.4Job Security/Advancement
Productive and busy workplace with little room to move up

Most days at work are filled with project planning and coordination, troubleshooting and generating tickets.

Working here I've learned a lot about different project and employee management tactics, which is nice. I've been given free study guides for my Network+ and Security+, which is nice.

Unfortunately that's about where things stop when it - more ... comes to any sort of job or knowledge advancement here. There's no clear paths to moving up in the company. Approval processes are incredibly slow, management isn't very transparent as to what's going on above.

Most of the people that work here ... - less
ProsOccasional Catering, free company gear and study materials, casual
ConsOccasional long hours, no clear path in job advancement
