It's a human meat factory... New in smart out. Don't worry they hire anyone just to fill seats because turnover is so high. Over half of my training class quit before finishing training. I finished but left soon after. Wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Depends on what you're applying for. If you're applying for a job standing on the street or hanging out at a kiosk giving away free stuff (free stuff which comes out of YOUR pocket) to con people into listening to a time share sales pitch (which most don't) then they'll be on you like flies. That's because no one puts up with minimum wage and commission MINUS the "free" stuff you have to give prospects to get them to tell you they promise to show up and help you get your commission, MINUS the cost of the freebies you had to give away to get them to say they'd show up. You're applying for sales and have a pulse, you got the job don't worry.

Getting hired for hourly jobs is usually faster than for salaried jobs. Hourly jobs can be one month while salaried jobs can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months - the higher the position the longer it takes.
