The working environment is what you would expect at any large corporation with no regards for their front-line staff. Leadership is more concerned with numbers and not with the people responsible for their wealth. Culture? What culture? There is no culture at this corporation. Culture is something developed by the employees to foster an environment where everyone is happy and productive. It is not something imposed on everyone as a means of control. At Wyndham Destinations, the only thing being fostered is fear and control (i.e.: don't question leadership and always be ready to jump when told to do so). At Wyndham Destinations everyone knows their final destination: at the doctor's office being treated for the extreme stress and psychological damage you will have to endure daily.
Wyndham pcb there stress and unprofessional upper management. There is no team Spirit and it's only getting worse.
If you want to stay there don't bring up anything. The whole CMA team unanimously brought up the same questions/concerns at a meeting. We were given a sales pitch and a clear message they don't care and each of us is expendable. Leadership lie or as they say "withhold information" and manipulate. You won't succeed if you are not comfortable lying to people. This company has a very HIGH turnover. Wyndham motto is "Be respectful to everyone" but they don't follow it.
Think of any coorporation. When things are good they are good when things are bad they are bad.The company and leaders have a cheating mentatlity and it was very common for the managers to cheat and manipulate items for their benefit. The company has a integrity line that is a joke. If you are hired please do not call as the GM will do everything in their power to single you out and make sure you pay for voicing concerns. The HR department claims to come in and investigate but that's a bunch of BS, it is essentially a phone call that gets everyone involved and ends up singling out the person who called. This company is a joke for its' size. Please find out for yourself.
