Working hours are based generally on shifts, days, evenings and nights. Most employees are hourly with Management and Therapy resources salaried. Great people work here and they are dedicated to patients. It is a BUSY place and you can get LOTS OF GREAT CLINICAL EXPERIENCEat WBI. Most employees work very hard and there’s usually extra hours you can pick up for extra cash if you want to. A busy but rewarding experience!

The CEO of WBI is a dedicated and invested Career NURSE LEADER. I have worked closely with the CEO and give him high marks for dedication and investment in his employees. I would say continue to hire high caliber professionals!

WBI makes sure a robust background check is done, as well as fingerprints and a drug screen and physical. WBI has a robust training of 7 days once you are hired. All total, once a job has been offered, new employees can complete all of the pre-hire requirements in about 3 hours. Then they are scheduled for an upcoming Orientation, which happens 2 times per month.
